BAD CHECK ALET!! Lorena and Jim Daugherty of Mighty Monster Truck Shows owes Team FMX Freestyle Motocross Stunt Team for there performance at this South Bend IN event. After the event on the following business day lorena emailed Team FMX and ask to not deposit the check because the funds were not available. Due to bad attendance at the event and did not have enough money to pay the talent. Team FMX did not deposit the check in good faith that Mighty Monster Truck Shows would make good with what they owe. Lorena personally told me that she would pay what she owed and would keep me updated on a daily bases as to when they could do so. I have since try to contact them on all 3 of the contact numbers they gave me and I cannot get a response. I think its a sad situation when promoters get into the industry and cannot have there bases covered before the gates open and expect the talent to take the hit for there failure. Please contact me if you have any information on insufficient funds available from a check you received from this company. If you know them personally please pass along this comment.
